Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine chicken broth, low-sodium soy sauce, corn starch, honey, and optional hot sauce. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add prepared vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Lower the heat and add unsalted butter, minced garlic, and ginger. Stir for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour the prepared stir-fry sauce over the vegetables and stir everything together. Cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter and serve over steamed rice or quinoa.
