  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs or chicken breast for a leaner option
  • 1 tsp paprika provides color and warm spice

For the Ramen
  • 2 packs ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced sauté briefly to avoid burning
  • 1 cup chicken broth base for the sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream substitute with half-and-half for lighter version
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low-sodium can also be used
For Garnishing
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped adds color and crunch

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rub the spice mix over the chicken thighs and let rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add chicken broth and soy sauce. Stir well, then add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions for 3–4 minutes, then drain.
  5. Divide cooked noodles into bowls, pour creamy garlic sauce over them, and layer sliced chicken on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
