  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil Or substitute with olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder Adjust spice level to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili oil Optional for extra heat.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup Omit for a keto dish.
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds Optional.
  • 2 stalks Green onions Sliced; can substitute with chives or scallions.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Using a spiralizer or mandoline, create zucchini noodles and set aside.
  2. Toss the zoodles with salt in a bowl and let drain for 30 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, coconut aminos, tahini, sesame oil, chili powder, and chili oil until smooth.
  4. After draining, gently squeeze zoodles, then combine with the sauce, tossing well.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter, optionally sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve.
