  2. Add the boneless, skinless chicken to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, basting with leftover marinade.
  4. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the chicken for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. For pan-searing, heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side.
