Step-by-Step Instructions for Tasty Asian Zucchini Side
  1. Wash and trim two medium zucchinis. Slice them into thin rounds or half-moons.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add 2 minced garlic cloves to the hot oil, stirring constantly for about 1 minute.
  4. Toss the zucchini slices into the skillet and sauté for approximately 5–7 minutes.
  5. Whisk together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar in a bowl.
