Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and egg until smooth and well-combined, forming a creamy custard.
  2. Take the brioche slices and use the back of a spoon to gently press down the center of each slice, creating a well to hold the custard.
  3. Carefully spoon the custard mixture into the wells you created in each slice of brioche, then scatter sliced strawberries and blueberries on top.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place the filled brioche slices in the basket and cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. If using an oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C), arrange the filled brioche slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with extra honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
